Open Question: Are the Cubs a Toxic Franchise?

Tom Ricketts is the Worst Owner in baseball, he bought the Cubs and has already decided that he isnt going to be doing any major improvements to the roster or management so we can expect another losing season. Jim Hendry is the Worst general manager in baseball. He takes the most mediocre players and gives them A-Rod Type salaries and they wind up being huge failures. There isnt a single manager available that can ever manage the Cubs into a successful winning team. Even when the Cubs make the playoffs they turn into failures. The Minor League system is a joke. Young players will do anything to avoid playing for the Cubs because they know when they put on that Cubs uniform they will become losers and failures at life.
